Due to the time, products, and customized nature of each appointment, all services are Final and No Refunds will be issued once a service has been completed. Please understand that results may vary depending on the condition of your natural nails, including short nail beds, damaged nail beds, previous damage, or nail biting habits. While I do my best to ensure long-lasting results, these factors can affect retention and overall wear. If you experience an issue with your nails, you must contact me within 48 hours of your appointment with clear photos of the concern. Repairs or adjustments may be offered at my discretion. If a complimentary repair is approved, the repair appointment must be booked within 5 days of the nail becoming compromised. Failure to schedule within that timeframe will result in the repair being treated as a new service and additional charges may apply.
