Refund policy: At Polished Pressure X Bre nail studio, I take pride in providing quality nail services in a clean, private, and professional environment. Due to the time, products, and customized nature of each appointment, all services are Final and No Refunds will be issued once a service has been completed. Please understand that results may vary depending on the condition of your natural nails, including short nail beds, damaged nail beds, previous damage, or nail biting habits. While I do my best to ensure long-lasting results, these factors can affect retention and overall wear. If you experience an issue with your nails, you must contact me within 48 hours of your appointment with clear photos of the concern. Repairs or adjustments may be offered at my discretion. If a complimentary repair is approved, the repair appointment must be booked within 5 days of the nail becoming compromised. Cancellation Policy
By scheduling and/or booking an appointment with Polished Pressure x Bre, the client acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy.
48-Hour Cancellation Requirement:
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Any cancellation or rescheduling request received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be considered a late cancellation.
Late Cancellation Fee
A 25% cancellation fee will be charged for any appointment that is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice. The fee is calculated based on the total scheduled service price.
This fee is not a payment for services not rendered. It is a cancellation fee intended to compensate for the service.
No-Show Policy
A client who fails to appear for a scheduled appointment without providing notice will be considered a no-show and will be subject to the 25% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the client being required to pay a deposit, or being restricted from booking future appointments at the discretion of Polished Pressure x Bre.
